Bali-Proof Coffee
Have you ever wonder why balinese coffee is SO DELISH? My good friend Julia (who is also a health freak) gave me the secret sauce : Coconut CREAM!
1 Espresso Allongé (Longo)
2 Tsp of MCT oil (clic on image below to be redirect to Amazon, this is the one I have been using and it really gives you energy, plus de bottle is BPA free)
1 Tbsp of Coconut Cream
If you really need sweetener in your coffee, add a couple drops of Maple sirop
Make sure to whisk the MCT in the coffee
